64 km, Arhus to Silkeborg, Jutland.

This trail follows several river valleys, passes through hills and forests, and circumvents several lakes in the highland of central Jutland. There is a leaflet available with a map sufficient for hiking.

The route is marked, except in the larger towns. The trail is a continuation of the Mols Trail (Molsstien) from Aarhus onwards. Most of this trail is used for the E1 European Long Distance Trail.
