Sheep's Head peninsula points like a finger into the Atlantic Ocean. It's located south of the Beara peninsula and the touristic Inverargh peninsula in the southwest of Ireland.
This small peninsula houses the Sheep's Head Way, a circular walk. The path is varied, and you will walk along the coast, over the central ridge, visit the small towns. There's wild country, heather and moorland, and farmland.
