Chiltern Hills

Description

A line of chalk hills in the south east of England, and an area of outstanding natural beauty. When an area got the predicate AONB, be prepared for a lovely walking experience.

Like the Cotswolds, the Chilterns form an escarpment, overlooking the Vale of Aylesbury. There is downland, woods, mosaic fields, and many footpaths. Also, the Ridgeway and the Thames Path cross these hills.
